Refund policy
At Alchitry, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Standard Returns
We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility Window: Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. Products that have been opened, used, or altered will not be eligible for a return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.
- Reporting: Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
- Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement for the same product or a full refund.
- Return of Damaged/Defective Items: In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged or defective item to us for inspection. If a return is required, Alchitry will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please do not send back a damaged or defective item without first contacting our support team.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please email our customer support team at support@alchitry.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship the Product: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
